Yizumi 2018 Technology Exchange Summit Ended Successfully
At the Yizumi 2018 Technology Exchange Summit, a number of technical coffee and business leaders from Central Europe brought their sharing.
Dr. Hans Wobbe, Chief Strategy Officer of Yizumi, gave a speech entitled “Global Trends and Impacts on Industrial Production and Injection Molding”. Dr. Wobbe pointed out that the automotive industry is the main industry driving innovation in injection molding and die-casting. Yizumi will study process technology in more depth to give its own solutions.
Taking Mercedes-Benz as an example, Dr. Wobbe describes three major trends in the automotive industry: functional integration, lightweight and high-quality design (including appearance and touch). “Yizumi has successfully introduced three mature processes such as Foam Pro physical foam injection molding, Multi Pro multi-material injection molding and Deco Pro back injection molding to the market, and is developing direct injection molding (Direct Pro) and PU reaction injection molding. The React Pro process will challenge new technologies and processes such as plastic metal integrated injection molding and semi-solid alloy thixotropic injection molding in the future.”
