BALINT Carbon-Based Coating
The coating surface made by this technology is very smooth, and its relative dryness coefficient of friction is only one-fourth to one-eighth, which is especially suitable for the packaging industry. Caps and preform molds facilitate stripping and increase wear. When the mold is injected and demolded, the screw mouth of the bottle cap is generally not easy to take off. In this case, if a mold release agent is used, it is easy to cause harm to the human body because it is a food grade product. The BALINT carbon-based coating solves this problem very well, eliminating the need to use mold release agents.
