Molding Of 3D Products
(1)Discrete processing (slice processing)
After the production (stacking) direction is selected, the three-dimensional solid model (generally the STL model) is one-dimensionally discrete by a dedicated layering program, that is, layered and sliced along the production direction, and the profile of each thin layer is obtained. Entity information. The thickness of the layer is the thickness of the single layer deposited during molding.
Since the delamination destroys the continuity of the surface of the CAD model in the slice direction, some information of the model is inevitably lost, resulting in the size and shape error of the part. Therefore, after layering, the data needs to be further processed to avoid the occurrence of faults. The thickness of the slice layer directly affects the surface roughness of the part and the profile accuracy of the entire part. The contour information of each layer is composed of a series of intersecting line segments. Therefore, the contour of the model obtained after stratification is already approximate, and the contour information between the layers has been lost. The larger the layer thickness, the more information is lost, resulting in a profile error during the molding process.
(2) Molding production. The layered processed data information is transmitted to the equipment control machine, and the specific molding process is selected, processed under the control of the computer, layer by layer, and then repeatedly superimposed to form a three-dimensional product.
(3) Post-treatment process. Depending on the process, appropriate post-treatment methods are used to improve sample performance.
