Mainstream Technology For 3D Printing
RP technology has been rapidly developed with its high integration, high flexibility and high speed.
1.3D printing technology
Using a standard inkjet printing technique, the liquid connector is placed on a thin layer of powder and the components are created layer by layer. This technology eliminates the need for physical or additional support during the printing process, and all unused materials can be reused. The developed 3D printers feature fast processing, low cost, and a wide range of applications.
2. Photocuring molding method
The liquid photosensitive resin is used as a material to fill the liquid tank, and the laser beam is controlled by a computer to track the layer interface trajectory, so that the liquid resin is solidified and layered, and finally a three-dimensional solid model is obtained. The characteristics are high precision of the prototype parts, good strength and hardness of the parts, and the hollow parts with particularly complicated shapes can be manufactured. The model produced is flexible and can be disassembled at will, which is an ideal method for indirect molding. The disadvantage is that the support is required, the shrinkage of the resin will lead to a decrease in precision, and the photocurable resin has a certain toxicity, which does not conform to the development trend of green manufacturing.
3. Layered entity manufacturing method
Or referred to as laminated solid manufacturing, the foil is cut into a three-dimensional entity by cutting the foil and paper according to the layered information of the parts. It is characterized by reliable work, good model support, low cost and high efficiency. The disadvantage is that the front and the post-processing are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the hollow structural parts cannot be manufactured.
4. Selective laser sintering
Powders of metal, ceramic, AS plastic stool materials are often used as molding materials. It is characterized by a wide range of materials, not only for the manufacture of plastic parts, but also for the manufacture of ceramic, metal, wax and other materials. The molding accuracy is high and the prototype strength is high, so the functional test or assembly simulation can be carried out with the sample.
5. Fused deposition manufacturing method
Also known as fuse deposition manufacturing, a thermoplastic molding material wire is used as a material, which is stacked layer by layer from bottom to top into a solid model or part. The features are simple to use, low maintenance, low cost, fast speed, and the general complexity of the prototype can be molded in a few hours without pollution.
